• Philippine debit cards

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mnl68 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the mnl68 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any mnl68 content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the mnl68 platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of mnl68 intellectual property terminates the license granted herein and may constitute an infringement of mnl68's intellectual property rights, for which mnl68 reserves all legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mnl68 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

mnl68 does not warrant that:

• The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results obtained from the use of the platform will be accurate or reliable.
• Any errors in the platform will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mnl68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the mnl68 platform, even if mnl68 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall mnl68's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your mnl68 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

mnl68 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its platform. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to all players seriously.

By using the mnl68 platform, you acknowledge the following:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform functionality, mnl68 maintains an internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to our support team, which will be reviewed and responded to within 10 business days. mnl68's decision on gaming disputes, where supported by verifiable game logs and RNG certification records, shall be considered final.
